Mentorship with Cork International Poetry Fellow
Ends on
Shanyang Fang, the inaugural Cork International Poetry Fellow will be available during the months of June and July for mentoring sessions. Mr Fang will mentor three individuals, meeting each for three different sessions lasting two hours to discuss their poems. Eligible applicants for this mentorship must live in Munster and must not be receiving other mentoring through the Munster Literature Centre during 2026. Applicants must bear in mind they need to be available during the months of June and July to meet Mr. Fang and must have enough writing material ready for the three sessions. Sunday May 31st is deadline for applying. Send a sample of six poems, a bio note, contact details through the MLC submittable portal. Mr Fang will choose himself the mentees he will work with. Mentorships are provided by the Munster Literature Centre on a pro bono basis, but successful applicants must pay a deposit of €100. The deposit is refundable after the mentee has completed the mentorship and submitted a short report on their experience.
